Land Preparation

This is the beginning of your build. Initially, your lot will be surveyed to determine the placement of the house. Wooden stakes will be placed about 20’ from corners of your house. This will show the lot preparation contractor exactly where the house pad needs to be built. Next, the trees and shrubs will be removed from the surrounding areas of the lot.
